A booking will be confirmed once a 20% non-refundable deposit has been received.
Payment of the final balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the booked charter.
Ningaloo Sportfishing Charters reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will be forfeited if the full payment is not received prior to 30 days from the date of the booked charter.
Cancellation and refund policy
If your booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the commencement date of the booked charter, full payment will be forfeited.
The deposit will be forfeited if your booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the commencement date of the booked charter.
While every effort will be made to ensure customer satisfaction. To ensure your safety, there are some factors which are outside of the control of Ningaloo Sportfishing Charters. Therefor It is entirely up to the discretion of the guide to make a decision to fish during your charter with regards to the weather conditions.
If the guide decides to cancel the tour due to unsafe weather conditions, the tour will be rescheduled at the first available opportunity.
Loss or damage
Loss or damage to any equipment provided by Ningaloo Sportfishing Charters will incur additional replacement costs.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to cover any eventuality.
